I’ve spent 20 years as a web designer, graphic designer, and marketing consultant — for most of that time, under the name Fairchild Art Studios. In 2026, I rebranded to Alternative Design: a deliberate shift toward running this as a focused, professional creative studio rather than a one-person side project.

That change reflects how I work now. I bring the same two decades of experience to every project, but with a clearer, more intentional process — one built around understanding what actually makes your business or organization succeed, not just what looks good on a screen. I’m detail-oriented and thorough by nature, and I’d rather spend the extra hour getting something right than hand off work I’m not proud of.

Education: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), West Virginia University
